Acceptable use policy
Version 0.1 (draft) · Last updated
Draft. This text describes Setubandh as it runs today. It is a working draft and may change before it is final; the version and date above change with it.
Setubandh is shared by many companies. This policy sets out what no one may do with it, so that it stays safe and reliable for all of them. It forms part of the terms of service.
1. Nothing unlawful
- Do not use Setubandh for shipments, trade or payments that break the law — including customs and export-control laws, and sanctions that apply in India.
- Do not store or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes someone else's rights, or that you have no right to use.
- Do not put personal data into Setubandh without the right to do so.
2. Respect other companies and people
- Do not try to reach another company's data, another user's account, or any part of Setubandh you have not been given access to.
- Do not share logins; each login is for one person.
- Do not use Setubandh's e-mails — status reports, notices, documents — to send spam or messages the recipient has not agreed to receive.
- Do not use Setubandh to harass, deceive or impersonate anyone.
3. Do not harm the service
- Do not upload malware or anything designed to damage or disrupt.
- Do not probe, scan or test Setubandh's security without our written permission. If you find a weakness, report it as the security page explains.
- Do not overload Setubandh, scrape it, or use automated tools against it beyond the ways we offer.
- Do not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or rent out Setubandh, or use it to build a competing product.
- Do not try to make the assistant act outside the permissions of the user who asks it, or get around its confirmation step.
4. If this policy is broken
We may remove content, suspend a user or suspend a company's access as the terms of service describe, and we will tell the company's administrators why. Report a breach of this policy to security@setubandh.co.in.
